Welcome to Unity vinyasa yoga

I teach a specialized vinyasa class that helps you bring your breath to the forefront of your mind. This class allows you the opportunity to tone your mind and begin to bring your awareness to your breath and present being rather than on your thoughts. The flow of the postures and holds in this vinyasa are here to help you commune with your present state of being and using your breath, and begin to meditate. Because the breath is the most important part of this class, practitioners of all levels are welcome to my class and are welcome to participate in as many or as few poses as they feel. I hope you will join us.

WE ALWAYS HAVE CLASS ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS AT 6:30PM AND SUNDAYS AT 10AM EASTERN TIME. We always have class on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm EST and on Sundays at 10am EST. Our instructors, Adam Gleve, Lindsey Willis, Michael Lubbert, and myself, all teach these classes. Our weekly schedules are posted on the Metta PGH Instagram so you know who is teaching.
